Adam2Scale Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The Adam2Scale Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses worldwide. By applying, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
  2. Application & Approval
    Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Adam2Scale reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion, and to terminate an affiliate relationship at any time if these terms are violated.
  3. Commission Structure
    Approved affiliates earn a 30% commission on every completed sale made through their unique referral link. Commissions apply to all products across the Adam2Scale catalog at their published prices. Commissions are tracked on a last-click basis with a 60-day cookie window.
  4. Qualifying Sales
    A sale qualifies for commission once payment has been confirmed and the refund window has passed. If a buyer requests and receives a refund, the corresponding commission will be voided or deducted from your pending balance.
  5. Payouts
    Commissions are paid on a 30-day cycle. The minimum payout threshold is $300. Balances below this threshold roll over to the following cycle with no penalty. Payments are processed via Wise bank transfer within 3 business days of the payout date. Affiliates without a Wise account may submit their full name and IBAN via the contact page at adam2scale.com to receive payment by direct bank transfer. Adam2Scale is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect banking details provided by the affiliate.
  6. Prohibited Promotional Methods
    Affiliates may not use paid search ads that bid on Adam2Scale brand keywords, send unsolicited bulk email, misrepresent the products or their pricing, impersonate Adam2Scale or its founder in any format, or engage in cookie stuffing or any form of fraudulent traffic generation. Violation of this clause results in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
  7. Disclosure Requirements
    Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Adam2Scale products, in accordance with FTC guidelines and equivalent regulations in their country. A simple statement such as “This contains an affiliate link” is sufficient.
  8. Intellectual Property
    Adam2Scale grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved promotional materials, product names, and descriptions solely for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program. Affiliates may not modify brand assets or create content that could damage the reputation of Adam2Scale.
  9. Modifications
    Adam2Scale reserves the right to modify these terms, commission rates, or payout thresholds at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued participation after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled through direct negotiation in the first instance before any formal proceedings are initiated.
